I’m a growth and performance marketing designer with extensive experience in B2B and B2C paid ads. I’ve regularly created up to 100 ads per week in both static and video formats, supporting campaigns with monthly budgets of $1M.

I develop performance marketing concepts that align with growth goals and brand guidelines, partnering closely with both growth and brand teams to ensure campaigns are strategic and visually consistent. I create ad concepts and iterations in Figma, using data insights to guide creative direction and optimize results.

Figma has become my go-to tool for my paid acquisition design. Not only is it highly collaborative, it’s available anywhere, and most importantly, can fit the high-volume of ads that I create.

My workflow

  • Concepting & Market Reseach: I check out what the competitors are doing, and what other categories are testing to identify current high-performing trends (it’s always changing!)
  • Design phase: From there, I get into the fun part, designing. I create multiple versions of each concept so we can test them. I play with copylines, imagery, graphic elements, and color to see what resonates best.
  • Testing & optimization: Once the ads are live, the team and I review how they perform against each other. I look at what’s working, what isn’t, and where we can make adjustments to keep improving results.

Over the years, we've tested thousands of ads. Our "breakfast smoothies for busy people" has continuously won with the lower CAC and ROAS of any other ad.

  • Copyline
    • The copyline really resonates with our audience who are moms and young professionals that don't have time to eat healthy in the morning. In these ads, we express that kencko is an easy and stress-free solution to their breakfast problems.
  • Design
    • kencko is all about eating the rainbow, so the use of color in our brand directly relates to our colorful products. Our audience loves to see the smoothies lined up, and for some reason, they love seeing them in a box. We've learned that using a neutral, light-colored background really helps the product pop. Over the years we've optimized the ads for our evolving packaging and our customer's preferences. Right now, they are telling us "simple is better."
